After a careful selection process, they are chosen for each trip according to their area of training to enrich the experience with their knowledge.

There is always a coordinator who accompanies the group and is responsible for the team of monitors and for organizing the activities, as well as for intense contact with the team of teachers throughout the trip, resolving any issues that arise throughout the process.
